Good questions, answered

Do my prospects need to sign up or pay?

Never. Anyone with your link can open the deck and ask, with no account, and their questions count toward your plan, never theirs. If they want a reply from you, they confirm their email with a one-time code.

What happens when the deck doesn't have the answer?

HeySlide says so and offers to send the question to you. You get an email with a suggested answer: approve it, edit it, or reply in your own words, and your answer reaches them. Approved answers join your answer book, so the next person who asks gets them too.

Who can see my deck?

Only people you send the link to. You can turn a link off at any time, or send personal links so you know who's asking.

Is my deck used to train AI models?

No. HeySlide uses Anthropic's and OpenAI's business APIs, which don't train on your data. See our privacy policy.

Which files and languages work?

PDF and PowerPoint, up to 100 MB. Prospects can ask in any language, typed or spoken.
